Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Bookmo Philippines. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bookmo Philippines governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

Description of Services

Bookmo is an online platform that connects customers with health, wellness, and beauty service providers ("Partner Businesses") in the Philippines. We facilitate:

Discovery of service providers and their offerings
Online appointment booking and scheduling
Communication between customers and service providers
Payment processing for services
Reviews and ratings of services

Important: Bookmo acts solely as an intermediary platform. We do not provide the actual services offered by Partner Businesses. The services are provided directly by the Partner Businesses, and any contract for services is between you and the relevant Partner Business.

User Accounts

Account Registration

To use certain features of our Platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By using Bookmo, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Booking and Cancellation

Making Bookings

When you book a service through Bookmo, you enter into an agreement with the Partner Business providing that service. You agree to:

Arrive on time for your appointments
Provide accurate contact information for booking confirmations
Pay for services as agreed upon
Follow the Partner Business's policies and guidelines

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies are set by individual Partner Businesses. Please review the specific cancellation policy before booking. General guidelines include:

Cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance when possible
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees as determined by the Partner Business
Refund eligibility depends on the Partner Business's policy and timing of cancellation

Payments

All payments made through Bookmo are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees, including service fees charged by Bookmo
Provide valid and authorized payment information
Be responsible for any taxes applicable to your transactions

Prices displayed are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise indicated. Partner Businesses set their own prices, and prices may change without notice.

User Conduct

When using Bookmo, you agree NOT to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the rights of others
Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Partner Businesses
Interfere with the operation of the Platform
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use automated means to access the Platform without permission
Post false reviews or manipulate ratings
Use the Platform for any illegal purpose

Partner Business Terms

If you are a Partner Business using Bookmo to offer your services, you additionally agree to:

Maintain all required business permits and licenses
Provide services as described on your listing
Honor all confirmed bookings
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations
Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your services
Keep your business information accurate and up to date

Intellectual Property

All content on Bookmo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bookmo Philippines or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform or its content without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

The quality, safety, or legality of services offered by Partner Businesses
The accuracy of Partner Business listings or descriptions
The ability of Partner Businesses to provide services
Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Bookmo Philippines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform or services booked through the Platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bookmo Philippines, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Bookmo shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution.

For disputes between you and a Partner Business regarding services, please work directly with the Partner Business first. Bookmo may assist in facilitating communication but is not responsible for resolving such disputes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
